Machinist

Responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to produce precision parts.

Primary skills should include but are not limited to:

Set up and operate machine tools: lathes, milling machines and grinders
Read and interpret drawings, specifications and blueprints
Proper use of micrometers, calipers and preset gauges
Determine speeds and feeds
Tool selection
Plan machining sequence
Layout work piece
Sharpen or replace dull cutters

Experience: 5+ years

Grinding Machine Set-Up and Operator

Responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines for external, internal, cylindrical and tapered surfaces.

Primary skills should include but are not limited to:

Grind external, internal and tapered surfaces
Read and interpret drawings, specifications and blueprints
Proper use of micrometers, calipers and preset gauges
Determine grinding speeds and feeds
Mount grinding wheels
Dress grinding wheel according to specifications
Check grinding wheel for cracks
Multilingual is a plus

Experienced Welders

Must understand welding specification AWS D17.1/D17.1M

Understand and be able to select the proper weld rods for the application 

Read and interpret drawings, specifications and blueprints
Proper use of micrometers, calipers and preset gauges
Understand preheat and post heat welding practices

Heli-Arc Welding (TIG)

MicroTig Welding 

Standard Welding and be able to produce a professional weld bead on materials

Rsistance Welding

Be able to weld thick and thin materials including 410 stainless steel, steel, aluminum, titanium alloys

Experience: 10+ years
