Great Western Grinding Inc. is FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J rated for machining, grinding and welding and an approved source

for prime contractors. We work with outside firms to aid customers in providing FAA approved repairs for aircraft components.

AS9110 only appies to MRO organizations. AS9110 has NO jurisdiction over any FAA approvals or certification processes.

Quality systems conform to MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110C systems.

Since 1956 Great Western Grinding has been known for the highest quality and most exacting standards. Our services as a FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J include close tolerance

ID and OD grinding to within +/-.0001, quality control to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C, tooling, precision CNC machining, prototyping and special equipment manufacturing in-house.

We also offer welding services, work with outside firms for FAA approved repairs, CMM inspection services, material identification services using XRF and LIBS,

full CAD services plus CNC machining and CNC grinding capability.
