Great Western Grinding Inc. is FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J rated for machining, grinding and welding and an approved source for major manufacturing

for prime contractors. We develop FAA DER approved repairs to aid customers in repairing components which extends into military components as well.

Our staff developed many repairs for the B1B program, CH-47D program, T-6 program, and more. Our quality systems conform to MIL-I-45208A and

ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110C systems (equivalent to EN9110:2018 and SJAC9110:B).

Our services as a FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J include close tolerance ID and OD grinding to within +/-.0001, quality control to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C, tooling, precision CNC machining, prototyping and special equipment manufacturing in-house. We also offer welding services, FAA DER approved repair development, CMM inspection services, material identification services using XRF and LIBS. We also have full CAD services plus CNC machining and CNC grinding capability.
