Since 1956 Great Western Grinding has been known for the highest quality and most exacting standards. Our services as FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J include close tolerance ID and OD grinding to within +/-.0001, quality control to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C, tooling, precision CNC machining, prototyping and special equipment manufacturing in-house. We also offer welding services, FAA DER approved repair development (approved by MROTechnologies Corp), and coordinate measurement equipment, laser CMM, and inspection services using a precision optical comparator, as well as  material identification services using XRF and LIBS scanners. We also have full CAD services plus CNC machining and grinding capability. and an approved source for major manufacturing prime contractors. MROTechnologies Corp provides FAA DER approved repairs

to aid customers in repairing hard to source components. Quality Control is to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C systems.
