Since 1956 Great Western Grinding has been known for the highest quality and most exacting standards. Our services as FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J include close tolerance ID and OD grinding to within +/-.0001, quality control to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C, tooling, precision CNC machining, prototyping and special equipment manufacturing in-house. We also offer welding services, FAA approved repair development, and coordinate measurement equipment, laser CMM, and inspection services using a precision optical comparator, as well as  material identification services using XRF and LIBS scanners. We also have full CAD services plus CNC machining and grinding capability.
